(Condensate Corrosion Inhibitor for Boiler)

It is a volatile corrosion inhibitor that contains volatile neutralizing amine and ammonia designed for use in a steam and condensate systems, It is designed to adjust the PH in the boiler feed water and to protect metal surfaces from corrosion due to dissolved acids or low PH conditions in metal and extended areas of steam and the feed water system

The combination of low and high distribution ratio in the product component enhances protection in the early condensation zones of the turbine .The blend helps reduce the tendency for flow assisted corrosion by maintaining PH throughout all the pressure zones better than ammonia alone.

DOSAGE AND FEEDING

The dosage will vary depending on the purity of the condensate and feed water. Over feed will result in a high PH in the condensate system while under feed will result in a low PH in the condensate system. Low condensate PH will result in corrosion of plant process and condensate equipment. The corrosion of products can form deposit in high heat flux areas of the boiler, leading to higher maintenance costs and potential turbine failure.

If the product comes in contact with skin or is splashed in the eyes rinse thoroughly with running water. Store in a room temperature.
